Rosemary Parmesan Pumpkin Fries
A sweet & salty combo in the form of fries! The subtle sweetness of pumpkin pairs perfectly with mild salty snap of Parmesan cheese.
Total cook time
- 1 5 to 6-inch pie pumpkin, peeled, seeds and pulp removed
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary (minced)
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
