Our favorite power bowl is full of fruit and flavor. Arrange cut up mango, strawberries, kiwi and banana around a bowl, scoop cottage cheese into the middle, and sprinkle with sunflower seeds for the perfect post-workout snack. Drizzle with honey for a little more sweetness.

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chunks of fresh ripe mango
  • 1/2 cup chunks of ripe strawberries
  • 1/2 cup chunks of kiwi
  • 1/4 cup sliced banana
  • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon O OrganicsTM honey

Cooking Instructions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, arrange fruits side-by-side around the bowl: mango, strawberries, kiwi and banana. 

Step 2

Put a scoop of cottage cheese in the middle and sprinkle sunflower seeds on top. Add a small drizzle of honey. Enjoy immediately.
