Wash and dry the fresh produce.
Trim and halve strawberries; place on a plate and set aside.
Zest and juice lime into a small bowl; add yogurt and honey. Whisk to combine the dip and set aside.
Halve tomatoes and place in a medium bowl.
Halve lettuce lengthwise, then cut crosswise into thin (shred-like) strips. Add to the bowl with the tomatoes.
Place chicken on a cutting board and, using your hands, remove meat from the skin and bones. Separate the meat into shred-like pieces and add to the bowl.
Add Parmesan and dressing to the bowl. Stir to combine the chicken salad filling.
Using a clean cutting board, cut pitas in half and carefully open the pockets. Stuff each pocket with the filling.
