Citrus Salmon Salad

Savor the balance of fresh citrus flavors and rich, zesty salmon with a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc.


  • 10 oz salmon fillet
  • 1 navel orange
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • ½ cup spinach
  • ½ cup kale
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • ¼ cup goat cheese

Citrus Vinaigrette Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh orange juice
  • ½ cup walnuts
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup white wine vinegar
  • ¾ cup olive oil


  1. Start grill and preheat to 450°F. Rub salmon with olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and season with garlic salt..
  2. Arrange salmon on thick foil with plenty of overhang. Place a circular lemon slice across the fillet. Grill between 13 and 19 minutes or until the thickest part is fully cooked.
  3. Combine lettuce, spinach, and kale in a large bowl. Cut the pith and peel off the orange, remove seeds, and slice. Add walnuts and goat cheese. Cover the bowl and toss.
  4. Arrange salad on a plate(s). Once cool, place the salmon on top of the salad bed, Drizzle citrus vinaigrette. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste – and enjoy with a glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc!

Citrus Vinaigrette Directions:
Combine orange juice, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, and olive oil in a jar, cover, and shake. Season to taste with salt and pepper, cover, and shake.

  • SVEDKA 80P vodka
  • Ginger beer
  • Freshly squeezed lime juice
  • Lime wedge for garnish


  1. Fill a highball glass or copper mug with ice. Add SVEDKA vodka.
  2. Add fresh lime juice.
  3. Top with cold ginger beer.
  4. Garnish with a fresh lime wedge.

BBQ Burger with Sharp Cheddar

Bite into a juicy BBQ burger and enjoy with a glass of Robert Mondavi Private Selection Bourbon Barrel Aged Cabernet Red Wine.


  • 1 ½ lbs. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp diced onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 tbsp barbeque sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sharp cheddar slices
  • Hamburger or brioche buns


  1. Start grill and preheat to 375°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix with your hands.
  3. Shape and form into patties. Make a thumbprint in the center of each patty.
  4. Grill patties for 3-4 minutes per side. Add sharp cheddar slices in the last 1-2 minutes of grilling.
  5. Assemble grilled burgers on hamburger or brioche buns. Drizzle barbeque sauce on top – and enjoy!
