Directions
Perishable. Keep refrigerated. Heating Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove ham from packaging and place flat side down in 2-inch deep baking pan, fat side up. Cover ham tightly with aluminum foil to help retain moisture. 2. Bake approximately 15 minutes per pound, or until internal temperature reaches 130 degrees F. 3. Remove ham from oven. Let stand, covered, until internal temperature reaches 140 degrees F, (15-20 minutes) before slicing to serve.
