This form is filled out by new EDI partners to communicate the contact
names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses for your company.
The form also includes the EDI identifiers needed to establish a
trading partner configuration. The form is an online template that
you can fill out and submit directly to our department.

This form is filled out by new Scan Based Trading partners to communicate
the contact names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses
for your company. The form also includes the EDI identifiers needed
to establish a trading partner configuration. Specific parameters
needed to set up the Scan Based Trading relationship are included
at the end of the form. The form is a MS Word template that you
can fill out and send back via email or fax to our department.

662.
This form contains the terms and condition by which all Safeway
purchase orders are issued. It is referred to in the comments section
of each EDI purchase order. This form is included here for you to
view or download. This form is being replaced by a separate agreement
(form 1060) executed between the vendor and Safeway. Until such
time as form 1060 is executed by the vendor, form 662 will govern
the acceptance of purchase orders.
