Point totals of less than 100 (remainders) expire at the end of the calendar month in which they are accrued; no partial Rewards will accrue. You may use Rewards accrued during each calendar month for Gas or Grocery Rewards only through the end of the following calendar month (for example, Rewards accrued in January expire at the end of February). For Gas Rewards, one Reward equals 10 cents off per gallon at our fuel stations. Gas Reward savings in a single fuel transaction are limited (i) to 25 gallons for one vehicle per transaction––subject to rounding for Filling Participant in-store fuel transactions and (ii) to the maximum per-gallon Gas Rewards discount available at our partner fuel stations (usually 20 cents per gallon) and $1.00 off per gallon at in our fuel stations, to any transaction dollar limits that your financial institution may place on your payment card. Gas rewards may not be available for immediate use. Gas Rewards may be redeemed only at Safeway, Acme, Shaws, Vons, Randalls, Tom Thumb, Albertsons and Carrs branded fuel stations (collectively, “Albertsons Companies banner stores”) and at participating partner stations. We may, from time to time, offer Grocery Rewards to which you may apply accrued Rewards. To redeem Grocery Rewards, you must first register and create an Albertsons Companies for U^™ account. You can then access the participating Albertsons Companies banner stores’ mobile apps or websites to view the Grocery Reward offers and make your selections. Grocery Rewards are available only in the Albertsons Companies banner store that offers such Rewards (e.g., if a Grocery Reward is offered by our Southern California Vons stores, that Grocery Reward will not be available at other Albertsons Companies banner stores). In order to redeem your Rewards for an item, the accrued Rewards balance in your Albertsons Companies for U^™ account must equal or exceed the Grocery Rewards requirement of that offer; no partial Grocery Rewards will be applied. Once you elect to redeem Rewards toward a Grocery Rewards offer and confirm your offer selection, the applicable Rewards will be deducted from your Albertsons Companies for U^™ account and cannot be reinstated or used for another Grocery Reward item or for Gas Rewards. Removing a confirmed Grocery Reward offer from “My List”; will not restore points applied. You may claim the item or discount to which your Grocery Rewards are applied through the end of the following calendar month (e.g., Grocery Rewards items selected in April as part of an online order are available for delivery or pick up through the end of May). There may be a lag between the time when you redeem your Rewards and when your Rewards balance is updated. Attempting to reuse Rewards that have already been applied may result in a negative Rewards balance until you accumulate enough Rewards to eliminate such deficit. You must pay all applicable taxes and bottle/container deposits for items claimed.
