Cooking Instructions: Skillet Fry: Place frozen burgers in uncovered skillet. Fry on medium setting for 9 minutes on each side (18 min total) (Cooking times are approximate, always cook patties to a minimum internal temperatures of 160 degrees F. We recommend that you do not press the patties while they are cooking in order for them to retain the natural juices that enhance their flavor). Oven Broiler: Preheat broiler for 4 minutes. Place frozen burgers on broiler rack, or pan on oven rack in broiler. Charcoal Grill: Cook frozen burgers on grill approximately 1-1/2 inch to 2 inch over hot coals.
