What forms of payment do you accept
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards. Debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo are also acceptable. We do not currently accept any government subsidized program cards (i.e. Oregon trail or EBT cards), cash, gift cards, personal checks or store charge accounts.
When will my credit card be charged
Your credit card will be charged for payment on the day of your delivery. If you cancel your order prior to your delivery day, no charges will be incurred on your account. A refund for an unwanted item will be given within 48 hours of the date the item is returned and can be expected to reflect on your credit card within 7-10 business days.
Will I receive a copy of my order after checkout
Once you have checked out, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, detailing all products, quantities and estimated prices related to your order. Your driver will give you a receipt showing final prices when your order is delivered. Please make a note of the order number, in the event of having to contact us.
Why does my order confirmation say that the prices are estimates only
The order total is estimated due to a number of reasons. Products sold by weight (for example: produce, meat, etc.) have estimated prices. The price you pay will be based on the actual weight of those items at the time your order is picked for delivery. The price estimates also do not include sales tax or bottle deposits. Your total can also vary in the event of substitutions or out-of-stock products on the day of delivery. Discounts available for Just for U offers, Buy One Get One Free and some other special offers are not reflected on the estimated order checkout total. Finally, depending upon the delivery date you select, prices could vary from the time you place your order and the time your order is delivered, due to normal price cycle and sale changes. These price changes may vary by your location and the location of the store from which your items were selected. On your receipt at the time of delivery, you will find the actual product weights, actual taxes, bottle deposits, delivery charges and any additional discounts that have been applied.
If substitutions are made due to product unavailability, where will they be listed on my receipt
If you specified alternatives in your order, the items that were substituted are listed in the Substitution section. The Order Summary section includes the total amount spent on your order, as well as any Club Card discounts you received.
If I return an item with my driver, will I receive a receipt for the credit amount
If you return an item through your driver, a receipt for the refund will be mailed to you within 7 to 10 days. If you have not received your refund please contact our customer service
