We avoid the use of trans fats because it is associated with increased risk for heart disease. We use only 100% natural sunflower oil in our breads.
All of our breads are produced in a plant that uses tree nuts, so unfortunately, traces may be found in all varieties. We also offer a Nut & Seeds bread, which contains nuts and should be avoided by people with nut allergies.
All of our breads contain cultured whey, which is a dairy ingredient. However, there are no eggs in any of the breads.
Unfortunately, no all of the breads contain wheat flour, which means they also contain gluten.
The high quality of the fiber & whole grains used in our bread maintains its freshness. To determine the shelf life, just refer to the Best By date on the easy-close tab.
If you plan to store the bread for more than 1 week, it's best to store it in the freezer. Otherwise, for optimal taste, it is best to store it at room temperature.
