If you need a replacement card, please check "replacement" on the application, and we will link your old Club Card to your new one. If you do not have a Club Card and want to shop online, you will automatically be given a virtual card when you register.

Yes! You may order Gift Cards online and they will be mailed directly to your destination. Online gift card orders will not be inlcuded with your home grocery delivery order. To purchase Gift Cards online select the Gift Cards
option in the quick links section of the footer.
If you purchased the gift card in a store, contact Safeway's Customer Service department at 1-877-723-3929 for assistance. Simply provide the activation and sales receipts information along with the inactive gift card # or packaging.
